Sitting Room Update

We have a little space with a fireplace that sits right next to our kitchen and dining area in our house. It has long been a design challenge for me. Its transformed from a play space, to a desk space, to an empty space, and finally to a cozy sitting space. Our house isn't very big, so our living room is also right by it, which meant that I wasn't sure if another sitting space was needed. I got some chairs from a neighbor who was moving and decided to test them out before committing to paying for something more.

A friend and I had been talking about visiting Magnolia for a little while. We decided that if we were going to go, we were going to do it right and stay in one of Chip and Joanna's properties. Shortly after, we got an email that they bookings for the next year were going to come out on the Magnolia website in a few days. ☐ Go berry picking!

This easily tops our list. What’s better than sunshine and fresh berries?! It’s hard for me to go anywhere other than Hoffman Farms. Not only is it a gorgeous farm, they offer a lot of berry varieties, and a large playground and tractor ride for kids — for FREE!
